These days

I'm trying to lose my weight...

last week i lost about -6.5Kg

but it is not enough

Do you have any good idea?

Penicillium expansum

is a one of the most prevalent fungi

these days I try to culture this fungi

the left side of picture is liquid culture using Potato Dextrose

and right side of picture is plate culture in google.

but it is easily contamination

I'd like to know how we can defence from contamination

plz tell me...
